Responsibilities
Set up workstations
Cook dishes to business standards
Follow health and safety guidelines
Prepare ingredients for use during shift
Requirements
Proven working experience as a cook
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Abillity to stand for long periods of time and move in a fast paced environment
Must become food handler certified within 30 days of hire
Must become aware of proper food handling procedures
Must be able to easily lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays
