About the Role
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. This job would have you working either at the arcade or bowling counters to help in those activities. Ideally all attendant employees become cross trained in both areas to allow easier scheduling for hours as well as proving better assistance to both your fellow employees as well as helping guests.
This is NOT a mechanic or game technician role. This is specifically a role that is customer facing and customer service driven. Anytime a game is not working properly you would relay that information to a qualified manager or maintenance personnel.
We are specifically looking for people that can work nights and weekends:
Friday - Sunday starting at 6pm and working until 3am.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting customers and making them feel at home
Answer any questions the customers may have
Assist Customers in setting up their activity
Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
Using a cash register to charge properly for activities

Requirements
Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
Good communication skills with customers
Must be willing to be on your feet for long periods of time
Must be comfortable with performing cleaning tasks
Must have simple math skills
Must have reliable transportation
