About the Role
Kristof's Entertainment Center in Round Lake Beach, IL is looking for one assistant manager to join our team. We are located on 421 W Rollins Rd.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities Include:
Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
Ensure product quality, Facility cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
Learn how to be support for: Bar staff, Kitchen staff, and Amusement staff.
Become educated in our facility and be able to make appropriate decisions throughout the work day when situations are presented.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
Must have some background in Bar or Restaurant environments.
Must be able to work until 3 am on nights and weekends
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to easily lift up to 50 lbs. throughout a work day.
Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet and moving around a large facility.
